Coming from New York/New Jersey is GarifunaRobics- Your Cultural Style Workout.
GarifunaRobics is a full-body cardio fitness program that promotes fitness, wellness, and unity through culture. These sessions are fun and intense, but open to ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Be prepared to sweat, dance, and burn plenty of calories!
- This class will have live drumming
- Bring a sweat towel
- Dress comfortably (wear your best workout outfit)
- Please give yourself time to arrive on time
*Also, this is more of a late teen/ adult experience. Please no children. We are here to unwind, and create a safe space to let loose to enjoy.
