The venue's capacity is 35,000 ppl. We expect 1- 2,500+

What does being a vendor at the Juneteenth Festival FTW mean?

Requirements: 

Each vendor will receive a main event flyer and/or an individual flyer. We request the flyers be posted on your platforms to bring awareness to your audience and boost attention to the event. The more people in attendance, the more potential customers for everyone as a collective. 

Vendors will need to be at Panther Pavilion for set up at 10:00 - 2:00 pm. If you are unable to set up during the allotted time frame, please reach out to us for assistance. Missing setup time may potentially forfeit your space at the event. Making your vendor fee redeemable at the next available opportunity. Please consider all traffic and travel time to prepare for the day of the event. 

All vendor communication will be via email and/or Instagram. Vendor spots will be mapped out for vendors to pick a spot when they arrive. Vendor sections will be preplanned by staff. Please note that the map for each event has been carefully thought out and planned for the best outcome for each vendor.

Do I get a plus one? 

You are allowed to bring 1-5 guests at no charge to assist with your setup. A wrist band will be provided to you and your guest upon arrival. Your guest will need to arrive with you at the set-up time in order to receive a wristband. Any guest after 5 will have to purchase a ticket

*Please refrain from loading up until the event has completed and keep in mind the timing it will take for you to set up and load up.
