The entire Board of Directors and team of Bright Light Projects (BLP) is excited to host it's 2021 Annual Fundraiser in Houston Texas Saturday November 20, 2021 at the prestigious Hilton Houston Westchase.

The theme for this year's Fundraiser is "Supporting 50 Internally Displaced Girls in Cameroon with Vocational Skills training" through our flagship program Girls Shall Rise (GSR) with tremendous success stories in Sierra Leone changing lives through capacity building. At BLP we understand vulnerable young girls and women need a HANDUP and not a HANDOUT. Your support is will be greatly appreciated.

This years Fundraiser will also highlight our biggest achievement as BLP was granted special Consultative status as an NGO with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. The Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) is the principal organ to coordinate economic, social, and related work of the 14 agencies.
