ARTS ACCESS: RESOURCE FAIR AND COMMUNITY EXCHANGE

Curated by Jasmine Washington and Arthur Fitzhugh III

Saturday May 17th from 2-4pm

Description: Join us for our Arts Access: Resource Fair & Community Exchange, an interactive gathering designed to connect Baltimore’s artists and creatives with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to flourish. This event will showcase key resources and opportunities available to support local creatives in navigating the city’s vibrant artistic landscape.

Whether you're seeking legal guidance, creative workspace access, or strategic support for your artistic practice, this fair is your gateway to valuable connections. Engage with representatives from leading arts organizations, exchange ideas with fellow creatives, and discover the support systems that can help you grow and thrive.

Participating Organizations:

  • Bloom Arts Strategy:  Supporting artists with fundraising, career development and strategic planning

  • Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (MDVLA): Providing legal assistance and resources for creatives.

  • Our Art Room Agency (OARA): A circulating fellowship and advocate for marginalized emerging artists.

  • Station North Tool Library (SNTL): Offering access to tools, workshops, and skill-building for makers and artists.

  • BLK ASS FLEA MKT (BAFM)  is a curated event studio and radical marketplace empowering Black creatives, entrepreneurs, and communities. Rooted in Baltimore, BAFM produces immersive experiences that celebrate Black joy, ownership, and collective care through pop-ups, wellness activations, and dynamic public programming.

This is a FREE event open to all artists, makers, entrepreneurs and creatives in Baltimore. Don’t miss this opportunity to access essential resources and build meaningful connections within the community!
