VENDING PRICING 

Food Vendors  - $650

Corporate/Commercial Vendors - $500

Non Alcohol Drink Vendors - $350

Mech. Vendors - $270

PLEASE NOTE:

                    **NO WATER OR ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED**

Packages includes 2 vendor passes.  Any additional team mates needs to purchase a ticket.

Please bring 8x30(1) table and 2 Chairs for your setup. 

Additional vendor passes may be purchased in advance at a rate of $25 and must be purchased via this ticket hub. Take advantage of this before prices go up on the day of the festival.

 

Attahville Festival Vendor Policies

Set up must be complete by 10am on 8/19/2023 and removal complete no later than 9pm on 8/19/2023.

Set- up time begins at 6am and ends at 10am. This will fully be enforced.

If Vendor fails to leave site in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the event or to tear down in a timely manner, Vendor shall be liable for all clean- up and other costs incurred.

Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Attahville Festival, its owners, representatives, and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arise out of or relate to Vendor’s use of the site and attendance at the event.

Any disputes arising pursuant to this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the state of Tennessee and heard by the state or federal court having jurisdiction over Tennessee.

Vendor shall follow all rules and regulations of the event.

Attahville Afrobeat Festival does not permit gifts, cash, goods or services to be given to anyone involved with the event in exchange for special treatment, favors, or conditions.

All vendor trailers or trucks should exit the event park by 9am after setup.

Your Vendor fee will include a limited number of access passes to the Event, as noted above. Other vendor passes must be purchased separately.

All applications are subject to verification of the provided information. Vendor space is limited.

All payments should be made by Wednesday, August 16th, 2023.

Upon acceptance of the application, we shall have an agreement. Thereafter, a confirmation & other information will be provided to you.

If Vendor requests to cancels the agreement no less than thirty days prior to the event, Vendor shall pay an administrative processing of $100 and be refunded the balance of monies paid.

All monies shall be due as stated in the sale end dates or the tickets and there shall be no refunds as of Wednesday,August 19th, 2023.

We reserve the right to deny access to the event if the applicant fails to provide accurate information and everything requested herein, or for other reasonable cause.

The undersigned represents that the Vendor information above is true and correct, the undersigned is authorized to sign this document, and the Vendor agrees to all of terms and conditions above.
