Émume 2026 is a vibrant West African cultural showcase happening on June 6, 2026, at North Community High School Theater in Minneapolis. Centered on the theme “When We Move, We Remember,” the event features community dancers, dynamic African diaspora artists, and Afrocontigbo performers. Through powerful storytelling, live music, and electrifying dance, the showcase celebrates and brings culture to life, with an interactive segment that invites the audience to join the movement. Light snacks, African art, and clothing will also be available to explore and enjoy.
