What type of vendors and their prices?

Vendor Pricing:

Food Vendors (includes a 10x10 Tent) - $600

Corporate/Commercial Vendors (includes a 10x10 Tent) - $500

Commercial Vendors (BYO Tent) - $300

Additional Info:

PLEASE NOTE – Vendor Packages with Tents include 2 vendor passes, 10x10 tent, table (8x30), and 2 chairs.

Vendor Packages without tents receive 2 vendor passes, table (8x30), and 2 chairs. Additional tables are $20 each and chairs are $5 each. Additional vendor passes must be purchased in advance.

Ghana Fest DMV Vendor Policies

Set up must be complete by 11 am on 8/15/2026 and removal complete no later than 8 pm on 8/162026. Set- up time begins at 6am. 

If Vendor fails to leave site in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the event or to tear down in a timely manner, Vendor shall be liable for all clean- up and other costs incurred ($450 cleaning fee).

Vendor shall accept full responsibility for the assigned site and further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Berks' Concepts, its owners, representatives, and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, or losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arise out of or relate to Vendor’s use of the site and attendance at the event.

Any disputes arising pursuant to this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the state of Maryland and heard by the state or federal court having jurisdiction over Maryland.

Vendor shall follow all rules and regulations of the event.

Berks' Concepts does not permit gifts, cash, goods or services to be given to anyone involved with the event in exchange for special treatment, favors, or conditions.

All vendor trailers or trucks should exit the event park by 11:00am after setup.

Your Vendor fee will include a limited number of access passes to the Event, as noted above. Other vendor passes must be purchased separately.

No generators are permitted.

All applications are subject to verification of the provided information. Vendor space is limited.

All payment should be made by Monday August 1, 2026. Upon acceptance of the application, we shall have an agreement. Thereafter, a confirmation & additional vendor information will be provided to you. 

If Vendor requests to cancels the agreement no less than thirty days prior to the event, Vendor shall pay an administrative processing of $200 and be refunded the balance of payment. 

All payments shall be due as stated in the sale end dates  and there shall be no refunds as of Monday, August 3, 2026. Berks' Concepts reserves the right to deny access to the event if the applicant fails to provide accurate information and everything requested, or for other reasonable cause.
