Greetings!

Coming all the way from New York City/ New Jersey is GarifunaRobics- Your Cultural Style Workout!

GarifunaRobics is a fun, full-body cardio workout that promotes fitness through culture. It is open to all fitness levels, and we ensure to provide a safe, zero-judgment space for us to have fun & release. 

This class will have LIVE DRUMMING! Be prepared to dance & sweat!

*Dress comfortably (wear your best workout outfit)

*Please give yourself enough time to arrive at the studio 

*This is more of a teen/adult experience. If you intend to bring kids, please ensure they aren't running around in the studio. We want to ensure that everyone is safe and not causing any hazards. 

Please lock in your tickets in advance. Spaces are limited, and if there is space available at the door, we will be charging full price.
