"GROUP EMOTIONAL RELEASE"

A virtual gathering for healing for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) during these times to move towards upliftment and healing, through the struggle.

About the process:
When we go through difficult experiences and don’t fully process our emotions, the energy from those emotions can become stuck in our energy field. These trapped emotions can impact us on a physical and emotional level.

At this event:

Take part in a Group Emotional Release and debrief session to connect with the energy of the group and be in a safe space to release the energy of trapped emotions from past experiences.

More instructions for how to prepare will be sent in the confirmation email. 

All genders welcome. Admission is FREE, donations welcome to support healing practitioners in our series. We request White allies to preserve the space for BIPOC colleagues and instead of attending, share about this event and donate in support.
