Vendor Rules and Guidelines

1. Vendor shall Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (See approved County Template here)

2. Your Payment for a vendor space includes a payment to Gwinnett County of $100 as a processing Fee (This goes to the county)

3. All Payments must be made to Gwinnett Veterans (by May 31st)

4. After receiving your payment, we will process your application and obtain your vendor pass from the county before you are placed on official vendor list

Other Guidelines

5. Vendors must only sell the products they have applied for as described.

6. Vendors Must park in the reserved Vendor parking area unless unloading and loading

7. Set up booth at designated location and time

8. Vendors are Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Space provided in an organized and neat manner. Failing to keep the Space in an orderly manner will result in additional removal fees.

9. Vendor May not display any alcohol, drug-related products, objectionable materials (illegal, immoral, repulsive, defamatory, derogatory, harassing, harmful, threatening, obscene, vulgar, sexual, racial),

10. One person must be at the booth at all times during the event. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to work.

11. Food vendors must provide hand sanitation station: Hand sanitizers, Paper napkins, alcohol wipes etc...

12. Food Vendors are encouraged to provide some seating area for customers

By paying for the vendor space the vendor is entering into an agreement between the Gwinnett Veterans Soccer club and the Vendor

By making this payment you understand and agree to abide by the information stated above. Failure to comply with the afore mentioned rules and guidelines may result into your Vendors Permit revocation and you will be asked to leave the premises.

Art Gallery – Includes prints, framed art, and lithographs.

Arts/Crafts – Handmade jewelry, figurines, plaques, paper mache, ceramics, magnets, dolls, tote bags.

Books – Books that promote people, spirituality, motivation, how-to cook books.

Clothing – Includes dresses, African attire, skirts, scarves, pants, blouses and shirts.

Hair Care/Cosmetics – Shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, nail products, skin care products, body oils, lotions, cosmetics.

Hats, Handbags and Shoes – Includes handbags made from cloth, beads, canvas, leather; hats made from cloth, felt, straw; shoes made from cloth, canvas, leather.

Home Décor – Quilts, pillows, doilies coasters, napkins, table linens, place mats, bible covers, pot hold-ers/mitts, candles, and candle holders.

Jewelry – Fine and costume jewelry, earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets.

Insurance/Investment – Information, applications, fact sheets, and pamphlets on insurance and in-vestments.

Sports Wear – T-shirts, sweat suits, exercise wear, and caps.

Computer Software – Computer software, software help books, and instructional materials.

Food/Edible Items — Cupcakes, pies, popcorn, homemade candy, cooked/uncooked items, etc
