Podcast agrees to pay $45 in return for the following:
• 2 Media Passes
• 5 Tickets for other members of your Podcast
• 2 Tickets to give away on your Podcast
• Booth at the event

Sponsor agrees to provide the following to the Promoter for use
in marketing and promotion materials:
• Usage of Logo for Promotion
• Interview 3 of Fashion Designers
• Interview 3 of Artist
• Interview 5 of Vendors

Must provide own table, chairs, and canopy

Podcast will have 7 mins to interview Headiners

Terms

No employer/employee relationship is established or implied with
this sponsorship agreement. The Promoter has no liability or
responsibility to the Sponsor beyond the scope of this agreement.
The Sponsor grants the Promoter the right to use their intellectual
property in promoting the event, including logos and other brand
trademarks.
If the nature of the purchased sponsorship package must be changed
for any reason, or the event need to be rescheduled for any reason,
the Promoter agrees to notify the Sponsor in writing with a new
date.
The purchased sponsorship package is not transferable or refundable
for any reason. If the Sponsor cannot meet the financial
requirements of this agreement, or needs to cancel, there will not be
a refund and the Sponsor agrees to provide written notification to
the Promoter 72 hours before the scheduled date so that the
Promoter may find another suitable sponsor.

Anything not expressly addressed in this sponsorship agreement’s
terms shall be governed by the contract laws of Texas.
