Marcia has been a champion for building wealth through real estate holdings for the greater part of 10 years. She has served in a variety of leadership roles that included being the Team Leader of a mega team within Keller Williams that comprised over 60 agents and spanned 3 market centers.

She was the Operations Director of a “wholesale company” and Chief Operations Officer for a national credit and asset based lending company. During her time at Keller Williams, she  was invited into the  elite community of “Certified Real Estate Planners” that represents the top 5% of the company's agents. 
Advocate and educator, she believes, are her most important roles as a lender.

After her year and a half tenure as the Chief Operations Officer at Colosseum Investments, she decided to follow her heart and open her own national credit and asset based Lending Company, Greenwood & Archer Lending.

Marcia has expertise in helping her clients build wealth through the use of strategies like the BRRRR Method and the 1031 exchange. Social and economic justice is near and dear to her heart and uses her platform to make an impact on the communities she serves.
