1. Golden Sweet Chili Meatballs: Tender, juicy meatballs coated in a sticky, golden Carolina-style sweet chili glaze .  tangy, sweet, and a hint of heat.

Main Courses:

Cajun-Creole Braised Short Ribs: Tender, fall-off-the-bone short ribs, slow-braised in a bold Cajun-Creole gravy infused with smoky spices, peppers, and aromatic herbs.

Maple Bourbon Glazed Salmon: Fire-grilled salmon fillets, brushed with a sweet and smoky maple bourbon glaze,
