For the 1st time in Houston, GarifunaRobics will be hosting a Sip & Punta session, with live drums! 

About GarifunaRobics: GarifunaRobics is a Cultural and Fitness platform created by Arnol Guity Martinez to promote fitness, while educating about and preserving Garifuna culture. Our workouts are full- body cardio sessions that are meant to exercise the entire body, while jamming to the different sounds of Garifuna percussion. You don't have to be a pro, as this class is open to all fitness level. All you have to do is be willing to give it what you got and most importantly- HAVE FUN!

About this event:

• You MUST be at least 21 years to be part of this experience.
• Wear your best workout outfit and DRESS COMFORTABLY- we will have professional photography and videography for this event
• We will be serving a complementary D'ussè punch, and have free giveaways at this event
• This event will have live drumming, and our drummer will be coming from NYC to be part of this event.
• We only have space for 35 people! All ticket sales end Saturday, September 20th at 7:00 pm.
• All ticket sales are FINAL. We are not issuing refunds for this class, unless we have to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.
