About GarifunaRobics

Founded by visionary Arnol Guity Martinez in April 2018, GarifunaRobics was created to promote fitness and wellness through the vibrant rhythms of Garifuna culture. This is not your ordinary workout—it’s a full-body dance fitness experience.

Our music highlights incredible Garifuna artists from Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize, bringing authentic cultural energy to every session. During our in-person classes, live drumming takes the experience to the next level, making every workout feel like a celebration.

Move, sweat, and dance to high-energy Punta music while enjoying complimentary drinks. We believe a little sip of something special helps you loosen up, connect with the community, and release the stress of everyday life.
