Join Soca N Sweat as we return to Brooklyn  as a part of a mini east coast tour with no other than our friend the very talented Royal G (@Royal.g) as we bring you a fun and exciting dance fitness class led where she leads us to warm up, stretch, and learn the fundamentals of whining. Want to put some "oil" in that waistline?

Join us for an hour of Waist whining as we "wuk up" and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness. With carnival right around the corner, whether you're going or wish you were, DJ Monumental and our instructor have the vibes up and Whine and go down.

All dance levels are welcome, so come unleash, get active and enjoy the carnival like vibes while feteing, pelting, and sweating!
