Springtime in Dallas is a refreshing time of year when the weather is not too cold or too hot around this time of year.  Everyone wants to be outside and mingle!  If you are reading this then you're likely one of them! :-) No worries, this is the right event for you! 

Inebriation Station presents Cocktail Master Spring Vibes in Dallas Edition, our interactive competition-style happy hour!

This unique 2+hour experience includes the following:

-Access to the mixology station which will have liquor and liqueurs poured into plastic disposable shot glasses with lids.

-Chasers and garnishes will be available at each station-Sample drinks

-Access to bartending equipment to mix each of the cocktails presented

-Unique gift for the winners of the competition

Food, provided by Don's Catering, will be available for purchase.

Contestants join the activity in hopes of learning how to serve the best drinks using the ingredients laid before them. This activity is split into three segments:

Working Knowledge ~ 20 min

Each participant will be given a tour of their station that will include various liquor, liqueurs, garnishes, tools, etc… During this activity, the instructor will collectively show how to make a unique featured cocktail using the various ingredients presented at each station.

Round 1. It’s The Drink for Me ~ 15 min

Participants will be asked to replicate a premixed drink presented to them. The participants will be put on 5 min timer to recreate the drink and come up with a unique name for them.  The Judges will judge them based on technique, flavor, and unique interpretation. The best drink will then be decided on.  A score will be rendered, and the best cocktail will be selected.

Round 2. Show Me What You Got ~ 15 min

The recently eliminated participants will be asked to place an order from off the cocktail menu for the remaining contestants. The eliminated participants as well as the judges will collectively critique judge both drinks based on flavor, overall knowledge, and presentation of the cocktail.
