Description: Are you tired of working hard to grow your business or find a good-paying job? Do you desire to find tips, tricks, and resources to blow your business up? Can you afford to buy every resource out there to start or grow your business/career? Well, if you are available on May 19-20th, 2023 from 9am-5pm you are in for a treat. Economic growth refers to the increase in the production of goods and services in an economy over a certain period of time. It is typically measured by the increase in Gross Domestic Product (GDP), which is the total value of goods and services produced in a country during a specific time period, usually a year. Economic growth is also often seen as a positive development because it can lead to higher standards of living, increased employment opportunities, and greater access to goods and services. However, it can also lead to negative consequences such as environmental degradation, income inequality, and social tensions. Our conference will address all of these concerns both positive and negative in a productive, light way to help dispel myths around being an entrepreneur. The Lazy Entrepreneur Economic Growth conference was founded by Lazy, Serial Entrepreneur, Jessica Lewis. Jessica has founded and scaled over 12 successful companies and desires to bring her success, tips, and partners directly to you so you don't have to work that hard. Jessica is currently a TRUIST Foundation and Watson Institute Fellow and is hosting this conference as a way to help entrepreneurs find an easier way to start a business and scale without all of the hurdles like long lonely hours, money loss, and repeated failures. These resources will aid you in helping direct your path of entrepreneurship. Jessica's 501 (c)(3), Mobu Enterprises Foundation helps community members increase their economic growth through green trades training (training within the sustainability industry) and green trades startups. The Lazy Entrepreneur Economic Growth Conference is designed to help conference participants find a way to access highly stable, no-cost resources that will help them learn how to leverage these resources to improve their bottom line with minimal effort, you know the lazy way. Some of the resources include: SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives): A division of the SBA (Small Business Administration), will be educating participants on how to find a mentor and use one to leverage your company's know-how and insight to scale quickly and efficiently using mentorship. Having a mentor is pivotal to your business success. More info is at www.SCORE.org SBDC (Small Business Development Center): Another division of the SBA, SBDC’s helps you find assistance and counseling in your area to start, run, or grow your business. They not only guide you directly, but they can assist you with finding financing options available to fund your projects. U.S. Commercial Service: A division of the International Trade Administration, provides resources for businesses desiring to expand their business overseas. They help with finding and vetting buyers, preparing your business for overseas sales, and exporting help around logistics and transportation. Unite HBCU: UHBCU is a 501 (c)(3) that helps our youth and adults prepare for college education via scholarships, grants, job placement, and other sustainable opportunities for students. VBOC: The Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) program offers resources to veterans who are interested in starting or growing a small business. Freedom Ga Initiative: Founder Ashley Scott will be discussing how to find your niche market and your customer avatar. In addition, she will enlighten you about the best way to help your audience understand why they should do business with you. Atlanta Black Chamber of Commerce will educate us on the state of Georgia’s financial potential in relation to government funding. Several Panels and intimate discussions will feature entrepreneurs from all walks of life educating you on the highs of entrepreneurship, fundraising, and access to capital, digital worlds and Web3, real estate, branding, employment opportunities, and crypto. The agenda and objectives will be sent closer to that time with bios and resources to all attendees digitally/electronically. Mobu Enterprises Foundation is a green company and will not be distributing any paper products during this conference. A QR Code will be available on the day of the event to access all resources for your convenience. Thank you and see you on the 19-20th. We do ask that you be on time as all sessions will begin and end on time. -Mobu Enterprises Foundation Team
