This tribute honors Okri’s legacy as a pioneer of Nigerian music, a renowned Nigerian artist of international acclaim, made waves in the 80s and 90s with chart-topping hits and the first Nigerian artist signed to CBS Records (now Sony Music Nigeria).

Moving in the Spirit is located at 1458 La France St NE, Atlanta, GA 30307, with street parking in the neighborhood around our facility. Please do not block any streets or driveways when parking.
We are easily accessible by train — right next to MARTA’s Edgewood/Candler Park station — and we strongly encourage the use of public transportation or ridesharing services.
There is also abundant free parking in the MARTA parking deck behind Moving in the Spirit. To enter, use the deck entrance on Mayson Avenue. After you park, you can walk to Moving in the Spirit from the exit on Level 1.
