About Afrikicks
Transforming lives step by step. . .
“Walk a mile in my shoes” is easier said than done, especially when there aren’t any shoes to walk in.
Since 2014, Afrikicks have been collecting and donating shoes to people stricken by extreme poverty in Niger, West Africa.
Our philosophy is “Ubuntu” which is a belief in the universal bond of sharing and the principle of caring for each other’s well-being. It is our responsibility as humans to watch over and take care of each other. Ubuntu means that people are people through other people. It is the acknowledgement of both the rights and the responsibilities of every citizen in promoting individual and societal well-being.
